Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with European consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
